Cancellation and Change Policy

At Aqua Adventures, we are committed to providing you with exceptional watersports experiences, whether it's through rentals, lessons, or tours. To ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, we have established the following cancellation and change policy:

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the reserved start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reserved start time will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows or same day cancellations will be charged the full price.


Change Policy:

Change requests made 24 hours or more before the reserved start time will be subject to a $15 change fee. 


Exceptions: In the event of adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or any unforeseen circumstances that may prevent us from providing the booked services, Aqua Adventures reserves the right to cancel reservations with little or no advance notice. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

 

Refunds: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within four business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

 

Change Fee Payment: Any applicable change fees will be charged to the customer's credit card on file.
